Furthermore, we have created a universe based on ‘humanization’ that re-interprets the relationship between people and animals in order to create a sense of connection among pet owners who consider their pets as part of their family. By creating this universe, we have also designed different characters to allow the users to immerse into our brand experience. The package design of each product reflects a different episode that the characters create with the product to allow the consumer to relate themselves when viewing the product. Such brand visual is not only applied in the package but is also applied in the same way across our website, leaflet, online marketing, and offline fairs to deliver a consistent brand message.
